Buying on the internet can be tricky thats why we offer you a 30 day money back guarantee no matter what the reason.

Don’t like the feel or the colour or just changed your mind, then let us know as soon as possible and we will advise you on how to return your goods.

We do how ever require that the items concerned have been unused, and returned in the original packaging with the labelling intact this is important for health regulations.  We are unable to offer refunds on used goods.

If you decide to return your item, we will provide a refund of the original purchase price, less the initial delivery fees.  If your item was purchased with a free shipping option then please note that the actual initial delivery cost will be deducted from your refund.

To organise a return, simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your item at info@naturalorigins.com.au and we’ll be in touch with further details.

We recommend that you use postal tracking to make sure your parcel doesn’t go astray.  Once we’ve received your return we will process ASAP.  Please note: return postage will be at buyers cost.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY RETURNS

All of our products go through extensive quality checks but very occasionally a fault may occur.  Please contact our customer service team ASAP if you discover anything that you’re not happy with and we’ll advise you how to return your product for a replacement (if available) or a full refund.  We will reimburse your postage for the return of any damaged goods.

You may be required to send us images of the damage for further assessment.  We will give you the option to arrange a replacement for part/whole of the item, or provide you with a full refund. Any refund is made back to the payment option you chose for your original order. Please do not attempt to return the items before speaking to one of our staff (you may be responsible for any associated expenses if you do so).

We will not refund or replace a product that was purchased more than 3 months previously or where, in our reasonable opinion, the product has: become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear; misuse; failure to adhere to product care instructions; using it in an abnormal way; or failure to take reasonable care.

  • Include a full description of fault or damage with photos if possible.

  • Our customer care team will advise you whether we will accept your item has a fault.

  • We will process your return, either replace or refund and reimburse your postage costs.
